The Cookout is our burger and hot dog bar: quarter-pound smashburgers and all-beef franks off the flat top & char grill, a full condiment rail, and your choice of three sides. Sauce, chili, and beef tallow potato chips are made in our kitchen. $16 per guest, 25 guest minimum, plates and silverware included.
